Four stars: "Noel" by Josh Groban
Argus Leader
December 2, 2007
Heartthrob Groban, a baritone without equal, uses "Silent Night" as a haunting, awe-inspiring start with the help of the Magdalen College choir. It is rich yet simple, powerful yet innocent. Exactly what we would expect from Groban.

Voices of servicemen and women spice "I'll Be Home for Christmas," a signature tune. "Angels We Have Heard on High" is holy and almost angelic as Brian McKnight lends his powerful voice to Groban's.

"Ave Maria" is simply the best version of that well-worn song.
